I'm basically going to use tumblr to express my appreciation for Max Adler and my disgust with Glee and the seething monster of superficiality and hypocrisy known as the Glee fandom. No one in my non-internet life watches Glee, so my rage baffles them. Therefore, I needed a place to vent.
I don't watch Glee anymore, and will only return for any episode Dave might be in. (So yeah, that means I'm never watching glee again.) However, just like a a putrid smell in your house that you just can't seem to locate, my rage at the show and its writers has remained. Hence this blog.
The only Glee character I care about is Dave. I am a die-hard Pirate. I have no issues with Sebofsky. WARNING: IF YOU LIKE KLAINE/BLAINE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
NOTE: I only ship/care about pairings that involve Dave (whether romantic or friendship).
Glee has treated both Dave and Max like absolute shit, eliminating my ability to give a crap about anything else on the show.
Also, fuck you Brad Falchuk.
Being outed, bullied, losing your friends, losing your school, being told by your mom you have a disease, and trying to hang yourself IS NOT EQUAL TO "it's clear-he's out now, he's okay, no more story to tell."

This is true, however if I spend lots of time writing about/developing Dave’s character, it’s because Glee has been developing Kurt’s character for four years and Dave for a few episodes.
Now would be a really good time for some good news.
So…we might get some pics of Max at that Directing Change awards ceremony on the 23rd. Hopefully. (Maybe even a video of him talking?)
It’s something.
Not knowing what happened to the boy who was outed, tried to kill himself, and was then left with only a fantasy and a homophobic mom= NO CLOSURE.
Not getting to see your preferred pairing (of 2 characters who will both be returning next season) get back together/ get engaged right now DOES NOT EQUATE TO NOT GETTING CLOSURE.
The first storyline will never be given any mention, much less any closure. The second storyline will get dragged out at nauseating in-every-episode-for-the-next-2-years levels.
None of the writers/anyone currently associated with glee will ever answer/refer to anything about the first storyline. Like never ever. But the second storyline will be teased/spoiled to hell over the summer by the writers, the cast, all the kiss-ass entertainment websites, and every crew member glee fans can track down on twitter.
Waiting for something that you know will never happen is quite different than just having to wait a summer before getting to see progress on what you know is going to eventually happen.

Award program featuring guest speakers from Fox’s hit TV series Glee: director Bradley Buecker and actor Max Adler, who plays “Dave Karofsky.”
Don’t tell anyone, but more often than not, Kurt is the big spoon. Dave loves feeling surrounded and secure in Kurt’s arms.
I still love this guy.
